Suppression of lung adenocarcinoma migration through organelle alkalization by human lactoferrin – albumin fusion

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

New mixed aluminium–chromium diarsenate

Potassium chromium aluminium diarsenate, KCr1/4Al3/4As2O7, was prepared by solid-state reaction. The structure consists of (Cr1/4/Al3/4)O6 octahedra and As2O7 diarsenate groups sharing corners to build up a three-dimensional anionic framework.
