Mixed matrix membranes for gas separation [PDF]
Mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) are hybrid membranes, which have been intensively studied and expected to overcome the drawbacks of both polymeric and inorganic counterparts. In fact, MMMs are still facing great challenges, mostly due to the poor compatibility and adhesion between the fillers and polymer matrix, which considerably reduce MMMs separation ...

Propylene/propane selective mixed matrix membranes with grape-branched MOF/CNT filler
In this study, we fabricated mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) comprising a novel carbon nanotube/metal-organic framework (MOF) filler for efficient propylene/propane separation.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Rational Matching of Metal-Organic Frameworks and Polymers in Mixed Matrix Membranes for Efficient Propylene/Propane Separation. [PDF]
The exploitation of high-performance membranes selective for propylene is important for developing energy-efficient propylene/propane (C3H6/C3H8) separation technologies. Although metal–organic frameworks with a molecular sieving property have been

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic
