Dominant Mixed Metric Dimension of Graph
For $k-$ordered set $W=\{s_1, s_2,\dots, s_k \}$ of vertex set $G$, the representation of a vertex or edge $a$ of $G$ with respect to $W$ is $r(a|W)=(d(a,s_1), d(a,s_2),\dots, d(a,s_k))$ where $a$ is vertex so that $d(a,s_i)$ is a distance between of the vertex $v$ and the vertices in $W$ and $a=uv$ is edge so that $d(a,s_i)=min\{d(u,s_i),d(v,s_i ...

Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

Computing dominant metric dimensions of certain connected networks
In the studies of the connected networks, metric dimension being a distance-based parameter got much more attention of the researches due to its wide range of applications in different areas of chemistry and computer science. At present its various types

(Not) Summing over Kaluza-Kleins
Models in extra-dimensions have unique features. Many of their surprising properties simply result from the underlying 5D structure. This structure shows up as ``Sum Rules'' involving the whole tower of Kaluza-Kleins.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Metric considerations concerning the mixed Littlewood Conjecture [PDF]
The main goal of this note is to develop a metrical theory of Diophantine approximation within the framework of the de Mathan-Teulie Conjecture, also known as the `Mixed Littlewood Conjecture'. Let p be a prime.

On Sasaki-Einstein manifolds in dimension five
We prove the existence of Sasaki-Einstein metrics on certain simply connected 5-manifolds where until now existence was unknown. All of these manifolds have non-trivial torsion classes.

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

The Mixed Partition Dimension: A New Resolvability Parameter in Graph Theory
In this article, we introduce a novel graph-theoretical parameter called the mixed partition dimension and apply it to the path graph and the hexagonal network.
