Extragenital malignant mixed mullerian tumor.
A malignant mixed mullerian tumor, originating from the serosa of the sigmoid colon was found in an 82-year-old female. The reproductive organs were normal. There was no evidence of endometriosis. The patient's clinical course deteriorated rapidly and she succumbed to her disease despite aggressive surgery and chemotherapy.
