Exploiting code mobility for dynamic binary obfuscation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Software protection aims at protecting the integrity of software applications deployed on un-trusted hosts and being subject to illegal analysis. Within an un-trusted environment a possibly malicious user has complete access to system resources and tools

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Mobility, mixing and neighbourhood change: a British perspective [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
The articles in this symposium highlight three important areas of inquiry related to residential mobility—what constitutes mobility, the processes of mobility, and the effects of mobility on different groups and locations.

Giant negative mobility of inertial particles caused by the periodic potential in steady laminar flows

open access: yes, 2018
Transport of an inertial particle advected by a two-dimensional steady laminar flow is numerically investigated in the presences of a constant force and a periodic potential.

Association of Specific Leg Muscle Strength and Motor Features in Parkinson’s Disease

open access: yesParkinson's Disease
Background. Postural instability and gait difficulties (PIGD) are a significant cause of falls, mobility loss, and lower quality of life in Parkinson’s disease (PD).

ATF4‐mediated stress response as a therapeutic vulnerability in chordoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We screened 5 chordoma cell lines against 100+ inhibitors of epigenetic and metabolic pathways and kinases and identified halofuginone, a tRNA synthetase inhibitor. Mechanistically halofuginone induces an integrated stress response, with eIF2alpha phosphorylation, activation of ATF4 and its target genes CHOP, ASNS, INHBE leading to cell death ...

Spacesuit mobility knee joints [PDF]

open access: yes, 1979
Pressure suit mobility joints are for use in interconnecting adjacent segments of an hermetically sealed spacesuit in which low torques, low leakage and a high degree of reliability are required.

A novel middleware for the mobility management over the Internet [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
The features of mobility, which enormously impact on how communication is evolving into the future, represent a particular challenge in today’s wireless networking research. After an identification and evaluation of the gap between the discontinuities of

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.
