Application of hyperstability theory to interference cancelling [PDF]
An alternative to the usual adaptive noise cancelling method devoted to removing interference is presented. In the conventional methodology to implement adaptive cancellers a reference signal is necessary correlated with the interference.

Sensorless Control for the EVT-Based New Dual Power Flow Wind Energy Conversion System
The dual power flow wind energy conversion system (DPF-WECS) is a novel system which is based on the electrical variable transmission (EVT) machine. The proposed sensorless control for the DPF-WECS is based on the model reference adaptive system (MRAS ...

Maximizing Neurovascular Outcomes of Facial Transplantation: A Comprehensive Review
ABSTRACT Facial transplantation is a division of reconstructive surgery which aims to improve the function and appearance of a face that has endured severe disfigurement. Currently, the face transplant procedure uses allogenic tissue, harvested from a brain‐dead donor, to replace damaged facial components.

q-axis rotor flux can be chosen to form a model reference adaptive system (MRAS) updating rotor time constant online in induction motor drives. This paper presents a stability analysis of such a system with Popov's hyperstability concept and small-signal

The effects of sodium–glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors on the ‘forgotten’ right ventricle
Abstract With the progress in diagnosis, treatment and imaging techniques, there is a growing recognition that impaired right ventricular (RV) function profoundly affects the prognosis of patients with heart failure (HF), irrespective of their left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).
