Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

The span of pile foundations beneath metro depots typically ranges from 10 to 20 m, exhibiting a notably large span. This structural characteristic results in the pile foundations bearing a more concentrated upper load, while the interstitial soil ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Experimental and numerical study on temperature field by freezing pipe of double chambers
In order to control the horizontal energy transfer of freezing pipe, a new type freezing pipe with two chambers was set up.The temperature field of this new freezing pipe was analyzed by model test and numerical simulation. The results show that the ...

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Tractor Testing; Drawbar; Case
"Case tractor in the 1969 or 1970 model during drawbar test #1030 to #1035." The tractor tows the Oliver test car plus a load tractor. The Cushman three-wheeler was used to carry the early sound measuring equipment, which was later moved into the rear ...

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...
