Stable maps and stable quotients [PDF]
We analyze the relationship between two compactifications of the moduli space of maps from curves to a Grassmannian: the Kontsevich moduli space of stable maps and the Marian--Oprea--Pandharipande moduli space of stable quotients.

Averaging over Narain moduli space
Recent developments involving JT gravity in two dimensions indicate that under some conditions, a gravitational path integral is dual to an average over an ensemble of boundary theories, rather than to a specific boundary theory.

A MODULI STACK OF TROPICAL CURVES
We contribute to the foundations of tropical geometry with a view toward formulating tropical moduli problems, and with the moduli space of curves as our main example.

Engineering small flux superpotentials and mass hierarchies
We study the stabilization of complex structure moduli in Type IIB flux compactifications by using recent general results about the form of the superpotential and Kähler potential near the boundaries of the moduli space. In this process we show how vacua

Moduli spaces for PT-regularized solitons
We construct and analyse the moduli space (collective coordinates) for a classical field theory in 1 + 1 dimensions that possesses complex stable multi-soliton solutions with real energies when PT-regularized.

Wonderful compactifications and rational curves with cyclic action
We prove that the moduli space of rational curves with cyclic action, constructed in our previous work, is realizable as a wonderful compactification of the complement of a hyperplane arrangement in a product of projective spaces.

Bulk reconstruction in moduli space holography
It was recently suggested that certain UV-completable supersymmetric actions can be characterized by the solutions to an auxiliary non-linear sigma-model with special asymptotic boundary conditions.

Super Riemann Surfaces and Fatgraphs
Our goal is to describe superconformal structures on super Riemann surfaces (SRSs) based on data assigned to a fatgraph. We start from the complex structures on punctured (1|1)-supermanifolds, characterizing the corresponding moduli and the deformations ...

We exhibit a large class of quiver moduli spaces which are Fano varieties, by studying line bundles on quiver moduli and their global sections in general, and work out several classes of examples, comprising moduli spaces of point configurations, Kronecker moduli, and toric quiver moduli.
