Screening the Chemical Composition, Antioxidant Activity, and Toxicity of Ten Species of Non‐Conventional Food Plants From Southern Brazil

This study found that the ten unconventional food plants from southern Brazil studied exhibited high antioxidant activity, a diversity of phenolic compounds, and no toxicity in vivo.
