On the monadicity of finitary monads

The main result is that the category of finitary monads on a locally finitely presentable category is monadic over some power of that category. An enriched version is also given. Monads are monoids in an endo-functor category, and monoids are algebras for a suitable operad; the author generalizes his main result to the case of algebras for an operad.
