Monotone Regression Estimates for Grouped Observations
The maximum likelihood estimator of a nondecreasing regression function with normally distributed errors has been considered in the literature. Its asymptotic distribution at a point is related to a solution of the heat equation, and its rate of convergence to the underlying regression function is of order $n^{-1/3}$.

Estimating a Smooth Monotone Regression Function
The problem of estimating a smooth monotone regression function \(m\) is studied. Two estimators \(m_{SI}\) and \(m_{IS}\) are compared. \(m_{SI}\) consists of two steps: (i) smoothing of the data by the kernel estimator, (ii) isotonisation of the data by the pool adjacent violator algorithm.
