Corrosion‐Protection of T122 Steel Using g‐C3N5‐Embedded Epoxy Coatings

Study evaluates g‐C3N5 (CN) reinforced epoxy coatings on T122 steel in NaCl and H2SO4. Electrochemical tests revealed that 2% loading maximizes corrosion resistance by blocking pores and limiting ion diffusion, increasing Rp and Rn. Lectotypifications and taxonomic changes in the holoparasitic Orobanchaceae

Based on further extensive studies of specimens in various herbaria, lectotypes are designated for many taxa of holoparasitic Orobanchaceae. In particular, 47 names in the genera Boschniakia (incl. Xylanche), Cistanche, Orobanche, Phelipanche and Phelypaea are lectotypified.

Range‐wide sampling reveals cryptic lineages but largely conserved mycorrhizal associations in the Japanese fairy lantern Thismia kobensis

DEET‐cyclodextrin inclusion complexes for mosquito and tick repellency: Extended repellency time and no zebrafish embryotoxicity

Hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (HPβCD)–N,N‐diethyl‐meta‐toluamide (DEET) complex extended tick repellency to 168 h. Full protection against Aedes aegypti for 7 h with HPβCD‐DEET. HPβCD reduced DEET release and skin retention significantly. No embryotoxicity observed below 325 mg L−1 in zebrafish model.
