Effects of Zinc Supplementation on Glycemic Control, Insulin Resistance, Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in Diabetes: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

Zinc supplementation in diabetes is associated with improved insulin sensitivity, lipid profile, antioxidant status and reduced inflammation, without significant effects on glycemic indices. Recurrent Body Shape Patterns in Cave‐ and Surface‐Dwelling Trichomycterid Catfishes

Multivariate shape analyses reveal that body shape consistently differs between cave‐ and surface‐dwelling trichomycterids in northeastern Colombia, with cave species exhibiting fusiform bodies while surface species showed deeper shapes consistently in different clades.
