We evaluated the components of nerve fibers of the motor and sensory roots of the trigeminal nerve by morphometric analysis. A method for determining the tumour cell content of breast neoplasms by morphometry is described.The mean total tumour cell volume of 10 scirrhous carcinomata was 287·6 mm(3), or 21·5% of the entire neoplasm.
