Human periosteum‐derived cell spheroids bioprinted at high density within a hyaluronic acid matrix promote fusion and hypertrophic cartilage formation in vitro. Early encapsulation enhances spheroid interaction and matrix maturation, generating scalable cartilage templates intended for endochondral bone regeneration.

Morphometric analysis of Sulakyurt Dam Lake basin
This study provides a morphometric analysis of the Sulakyurt Dam Lake Basin using a Digital Elevation Model (DEM). In the first phase, contour lines digitized from a 1/25,000 scale topographic map were obtained, and using this data, the DEM of the area ...

Effect of Urtica dioica L extract on quantitative morphometric alterations of liver parenchymal cells in STZ diabetic rats [PDF]
Diabetes is associated with several structural and functional liver abnormalities that affect glycogen and lipid metabolism. In this study, an attempt was made to evaluate the effects of hydroalcoholic extract of Urtica dioica leaves on Quantitative ...

Zonated osteochondral assembloid implants are engineered through scaffold‐free spatial assembly of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)‐derived chondrocyte organoids and periosteum‐derived osteogenic organoids. Implanted into full‐thickness rat osteochondral defects, they promote hyaline‐like cartilage repair, support subchondral bone formation with ...

Morphometric analysis of the sternum.
Sternum has a great clinical significance, considering that median sternotomy is the most common surgical approach used in cardiac surgery. The aim of this study is to standardize the sternum according to size, shape and sex and to obtain ranges of the "standard sternum".

MANDIBULAR SHAPE IN MYOSTATIN-DEFICIENT MICE: A GEOMETRIC MORPHOMETRIC ANALYSIS [PDF]
The relationship between muscle function and mandibular morphology is unclear. Manipulating the size or function of muscle and then observing the effect on adjacent bone is one way to explore this relationship.

A morphometric analysis of the genus Terschellingia (nematoda, Linhomoeidae) with redefinition of the genus and key to the species [PDF]
The cosmopolitan and often ecologically dominant genus Terschellingia (Nematoda, Linhomoeidae), with 37 nominal species, is taxonomically a problematic taxon. Its species show high morphological plasticity, possess few diagnostic morphological characters

Material‐Induced Nuclear Deformation Controls Chromatin Architecture in Adipose Stem Cells
Tuning cell and cytoskeleton mechanics modulated nuclear shape and heterochromatin organization in ASCs. Distinct cytoskeletal architectures induced nuclear morphologies from oblate to prolate ellipsoids. Large elongated cells with a structured actin cap exhibited high nuclear strain, driving nuclear envelope deformation and heterochromatin ...
