Clinical Gait Evaluation with Neuromuscular Impairments (Clinical GENI) for spastic cerebral palsy
BackgroundGait abnormalities in spastic cerebral palsy (CP) result from four primary neuromuscular impairments: muscle weakness, short muscle-relative-to-skeletal-length, muscle spasticity, and impaired selective motor control.

Interpretable analysis of motion data
Recent developments in motion capture technologies such as Microsoft Kinect and Vicon systems have facilitated motion data acquisition in diverse areas such as entertainment, sports, medical applications, or security systems. This type of data typically consists of recorded body parts’ movement through time, which describes a semantically meaningful ...

Despite frogs avoiding low temperatures, examination of four salamander species revealed that none avoided cold and all possessed cold tolerance. Functional analysis of TRPM8, a cold sensor, showed that all salamander TRPM8s had lost their cold sensitivity.

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.

Flight Loads Analysis with Inertially Coupled Equations of Motion
In this work an approach for simulation of a large passenger aircraft with high precision equations of motion and a new method of dynamic loads calculation is presented, which can be used for maneuver and gust loads analysis in the time domain. Equations
