Profil Miskonsepsi Mahasiswa Calon Guru Fisika Ditinjau Dari Berbagai Representasi Pada Materi Gerak Lurus Dan Gerak Parabola

open access: yesJPFT (Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika dan Teknologi), 2020
Misconceptions are one of the problems that often occur in education. This objected aims to identify misconceptions of pre-service physics teachers’ in motion concept from various representations.

Interacting humans use forces in specific frequencies to exchange information by touch

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2022
Object-mediated joint action is believed to be enabled by implicit information exchange between interacting individuals using subtle haptic signals within their interaction forces.

On Learning Mechanical Laws of Motion From Video Using Neural Networks

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2023
In computer vision, physics plays an important role in several applications. In this work, we teach a machine to detect the mechanical laws of motion of physical objects using video, and show how the results can be useful for computer vision tasks.

On the Status of the Geodesic Principle in Newtonian and Relativistic Physics [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
A theorem due to Bob Geroch and Pong Soo Jang ["Motion of a Body in General Relativity." Journal of Mathematical Physics 16(1), (1975)] provides a sense in which the geodesic principle has the status of a theorem in General Relativity (GR).

NEED ANALYSIS OF CURRICULUM FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICS LEARNING GAMES CONTAINED WITH SCIENTIFIC LITERATURE

open access: yesPillar of Physics Education: Jurnal Berkala Ilmiah Pendidikan Fisika, 2022
Education in the twenty-first century is significant because it is intended to improve the quality of human resources. Curriculum becomes an expectation in this situation, and it is poured into the shape of instructional plans or programs implemented by ...

Students’ Ability In Solving Physics Problems on Newtons’ Law of Motion

open access: yesJurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Fisika Al-Biruni, 2018
The ability to solve physics problems is one of the goals in learning physics and a part of the current curriculum demands. One of the physics problems that are often the focus of attention in learning is Newton's law of motion.

Motion estimation using physical simulation [PDF]

open access: yes2010 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation, 2010
We consider the task of monocular visual motion estimation from video image sequences. We hypothesise that performance on the task can be improved by incorporating an understanding of physically likely and feasible object dynamics. We test this hypothesis by incorporating a physical simulator into a least-squares estimation procedure.

Tactile motion instructions for physical activities [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the SIGCHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems, 2009
While learning new motor skills, we often rely on feedback from a trainer. Auditive feedback and demonstrations are used most frequently, but in many domains they are inappropriate or impractical. We introduce tactile instructions as an alternative to assist in correcting wrong posture during physical activities, and present a set of full-body ...

Pose Controlled Physically Based Motion [PDF]

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, 2006
Abstract In this paper we describe a new method for generating and controlling physically‐based motion of complex articulated characters. Our goal is to create motion from scratch, where the animator provides a small amount of input and gets in return a highly detailed and physically plausible motion. Our method relieves the animator from the burden of
