Microbiome Research Reports, 2022A microbiome consists of microbes and their genomes, encompassing bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, archaea, and eukaryotes. These elements interact dynamically in the specific environment in which they reside and evolve. In the past decade, studies of various microbiomes have been prevalent in the scientific literature, accounting for the shift from

Proceedings of the International Conference on Web Intelligence, 2017
The automatic detection of relevant reviews plays a major role in tasks such as opinion summarization, opinion-based recommendation, and opinion retrieval. Supervised approaches for ranking reviews by relevance rely on the existence of a significant, domain-dependent training data set.

In this work, we describe a hybrid free-space infrared communications link that supports audio transmission. The technique combines conventional frequency modulation (FM) techniques with optical amplitude modulation (AM) with a Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) Modulating Retroreflector (MRR) technology.

Activation of the Salmonella Typhimurium Mrr protein
Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 2008The Mrr protein of Escherichia coli K12 is a cryptic type IV restriction endonuclease with specificity for methylated DNA. Recently it was discovered that endogenous activation of E. coli Mrr could be triggered by high pressure stress, resulting in the generation of double strand breaks in the host chromosome and concomitant induction of the SOS ...

Modified Round Robin algorithm (MRR)
2017 IEEE International Conference on Power, Control, Signals and Instrumentation Engineering (ICPCSI), 2017CPU Scheduling Algorithms form the basic and fundamental concepts of Operating Systems. A scheduling algorithm is used to produce effective switches between the processes present in the ready queue. Round Robin algorithm is one among the many CPU scheduling algorithms where every process executes for a given time quantum (TQ).

Photonic Vector Modulator Based on MRR Weight Banks
Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics, 2022A microwave photonic phase shifter is presented based on a complex Cartesian weighting approach using microring resonators. The proposed architecture realizes simultaneous phase shifting and combining of RF signals using wavelength-division-multiplexed optical signals.

MRR Systems and Soliton Communication
2015The nonlinear Schrodinger equation (NLSE) is an appropriate equation for describing the propagation of light in optical fibers. The optical solitons are very stable against perturbations, where it is property of a fundamental soliton makes it an ideal candidate for optical communications. To have the secured communication, the performance of resonators
