内科病棟看護婦のMRSAの鼻腔内保菌状況 [PDF]

メチシリン耐性黄色ブドウ球菌（MRSA）保菌患者のケアにあたる内科病棟勤務看護婦17名を対象に，鼻腔内のMRSA保菌状況について調査した．その結果，延べ62検体のうち10検体（16.1％）から黄色ブドウ球菌が検出されたが，すべてメチシリン感受性黄色ブドウ球菌（MSSA）であり，MRSAは検出されなかった．MSSAが検出された看護婦は17名中4名（23.5％）であった．　今回の結果から，私たちの病棟は感染防止に対する看護婦の意識も高く ...

Abstract Background This study evaluated the antimicrobial activity of thyme essential oil (TEO) encapsulated in electrospun zein fibers for use in bilayer films as active packaging for cherry tomatoes. The antimicrobial activity of TEO and bilayer films with 20%, 40%, and 60% TEO was assessed with agar diffusion and microatmosphere assays.
