Dynamic Regulation of Endogenous Transcription Factor Hubs at Single‐Molecule Resolution
This study combines single‐molecule microscopy and genome editing to characterize the dynamic behaviors of endogenous oncofusion transcription factor EWS::FLI1 in Ewing sarcoma cells. EWS::FLI1 forms neomorphic hubs that dynamically assemble and dissolve. The hubs are regulated during mitosis, by RNA, and by specific chemicals.

Strategic objectives and development plans of beginning farmers
Taking over the management and ownership of a farm contributes positively to farm growth but little is known about how farmers succeed after the starting phase.

The aim of this work was to develop an index describing the relative intake of the total diet by dairy cows, and hence the ability to predict intake responses to changes in both forage and concentrate variables.

ABSTRACT The dynamic interplay between bacteria and host cancer cells plays a critical role in tumor microenvironment modulation, bacterial pathogenesis, and potential oncotherapy applications. However, traditional methods often fail to capture transient or spatially restricted molecular interactions at the bacteria‐cancer cell interface.

Pressure overload suppresses cardiomyocyte ZER1, weakening CRL2Zer1‐mediated DVL2 degradation and allowing DVL2 accumulation. Elevated DVL2 activates CaMKII‐HDAC4‐MEF2C signaling, drives fetal gene reactivation, and promotes pathological remodeling.

Protein crop production at the northern margin of farming: to boost or not to boost
Global changes in food demand resulting from population growth and more meat-intensive diets require an increase in global protein crop production, not least as climate change and increasing scarcity of fresh water could restrict future production.

Effective population size (Ne) is a key population genetic parameter that describes the amount of genetic drift in a population. Estimating Ne has been subject to much research over the last 80 years.
