Overcoming Drug Resistance by Paclitaxel Resistance in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

Selective Modulation of OTUB1 Noncanonical Function via a bioPhosTAC Strategy

This work positions the versatile performance of the peptide‐based bioPhosTAC platform for dissecting phosphorylation‐dependent biology and expanding the scope of induced‐proximity technologies. We demonstrated that selective manipulation of a tyrosine phosphorylation site is sufficient to propagate coordinated cellular consequences.

Natural Product Toosendanin Suppresses the Malignant Development of Skin Melanoma by Targeting BNC2 for Degradation

BNC2 exhibits context‐dependent opposing functions across multiple cancer types. This study reveals BNC2 as an oncogenic driver of melanoma proliferation and metastasis through transcriptional activation of PIK3CA. The natural compound TSN simultaneously degrades BNC2 and its oncogenic partner SMAD3 via CRBN‐dependent ubiquitination.

Bioorthogonal Tools for Ethanolamine Lipids and Protein Conjugates

An alkyne‐tagged ethanolamine analog (AlkEA) enables bioorthogonal, metabolic labeling of endogenous phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and its protein modifications. AlkEA is incorporated into PE via the Kennedy pathway, allowing CuAAC‐based visualization of PE and affinity capture of PE‐conjugated LC3, ubiquitin, and GPI‐anchored proteins.

Glucose and Glutamine Deprivation Promotes Breast Cancer Lung Metastasis via BRD4‐Dependent Enhancer Activation

To model a nutrient‐restricted tumor microenvironment, breast cancer cells were adapted to low glucose and glutamine levels. In the adapted cells, BRD4‐driven enhancer activation increases pro‐invasive EDN1 expression, facilitated by ATF3/c‐JUN and reinforced by enhancer RNA.
