TROP2‐Targeting Chimeras (TRTACs) for Tumor Cell‐Selective Membrane Protein Degradation and Enhanced Drug Delivery

TROP2 is identified as a novel tumor‐selective lysosomal‐targeting receptor with established clinical relevance. TROP2‐targeting chimeras (TRTACs) are developed by genetically fusing a TROP2‐binding nanobody to nanobodies against specific target proteins.

Platycodon grandiflorus–Derived Nanovesicles Sensitize Gastric Cancer to T Cell Killing via Ferroptosis‐Driven Membrane Mechanical Remodeling

Plant‐derived nanovesicles from Platycodon grandiflorus act as bioactive lipid delivery platforms that transport γ‐linolenic acid into gastric cancer cells. This lipid cargo promotes ferroptotic lipid peroxidation, remodels membrane mechanics, and increases tumor‐cell susceptibility to cytotoxic T‐cell attack.

Cost‐Effective Ti/Al/Ni Multilayer Neural Probes With In Vivo Recording Performance Comparable to Ti/Au Neural Probes

In this study, we developed a cost‐efficient neural probe by replacing traditional gold with an aluminum‐based Ti/Al/Ni multilayer stack. Optimizing this metal architecture suppressed oxidation and ensured robust electrical stability, achieving signal quality comparable to standard gold probes.
