Multi-input single-output (MISO) random system modeling using methods of system identification

2013 5th International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Applied Optimization (ICMSAO), 2013
The paper utilizes techniques commonly used in the system identification dynamic systems behavior using output-input data to an unknown dynamic system. The identification techniques are based on nine inputs and one output. The system is applied to a financial time series that represent the historical prices of gold.

Multi-input single-output DC-DC converter based PV water pumping system

2016 IEEE 1st International Conference on Power Electronics, Intelligent Control and Energy Systems (ICPEICES), 2016
In this paper an isolated Photovoltaic (PV) system is proposed for rural applications like water pumping for irrigation, daily needs and drinking water etc. Series connected PV modules (SCPVM) provides a cost effective solution due to reduced conductor cross-sectional area and relatively low converter gain.

An exact inversion method for multi-input-single-output decomposable TS fuzzy systems

Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2022
Almost all exact inversion methods provide inverse solutions for only one input variable of fuzzy systems. These methods have certain limitations on the fuzzy system structure such as monotonic rule bases, singleton rule consequents, and invertibility check.

Adaptive output feedback dynamic surface control of multi-input single-output systems

Proceeding of the 11th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation, 2014
In this paper, an adaptive dynamic surface control scheme is proposed for a class of multi-input single-output (MISO) nonlinear systems with unmodeled dynamics. Under the condition that the states of the systems are unmeasured, a dynamic signal is introduced to dominate the unmodeled dynamics, and K-filters are used to estimate the unavailable states ...

Multi-Input Single-Output State Space for Hybrid Power System Approach Using PEMFC

International Journal of Energy Optimization and Engineering, 2017
This paper presents the utilization of an Ultra-capacitor as an auxiliary power source in a hybrid power system, composed of a Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) as a main energy source. The PEMFC source may not be sufficient to satisfy the power required, especially, the peak demand periods.

A novel hybrid data-driven model for multi-input single-output system simulation

Neural Computing and Applications, 2016
Artificial neural network (ANN)-based data-driven model is an effective and robust tool for multi-input single-output (MISO) system simulation task. However, there are several conundrums which deteriorate the performance of the ANN model. These problems include the hard task of topology design, parameter training, and the balance between simulation ...

Blind Deconvolution of Multi-Input Single-Output Systems Using the Distribution of Point Distances

Journal of Signal Processing Systems, 2010
In this paper we present a new blind identification and source separation method for linear Multi Input Single Output (MISO) convolutive systems driven by PAM sources. Our method is based on the estimation of the output difference distribution for pairs of outputs. We show that the most likely differences (not counting the zero difference) are the ones

A multi-level fuzzy control design for general nonlinear multi-input single-output systems

NAFIPS 2008 - 2008 Annual Meeting of the North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society, 2008
In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy controller is developed for general multi-input single-output (MISO) nonlinear systems with time-varying characteristics and unknown system uncertainties. The system dynamics is modeled in fuzzy domain and the fuzzy inverse model is automatically constructed, which has the ability of uniquely determining the inverse ...

Multi input–single output models identification of tower bridge movements using GPS monitoring system

Measurement, 2014
Abstract In this paper, RTK-GPS system was used for movement data collection. Two identification models namely; Multi input–single output (MISO) robust fit regression and Neural Network Auto-Regression Moving Average with eXogenous input (NNARMAX) models were used for the identification of these data.
