Interval-Valued General Residuated Lattice-Ordered Groupoids and Expanded Triangle Algebras

open access: yesAxioms, 2022
As an extension of interval-valued pseudo t-norms, interval-valued pseudo-overlap functions (IPOFs) play a vital role in solving interval-valued multi-attribute decision making problems.

Knowledge based optimization

open access: yesComputer Assisted Methods in Engineering and Science, 2023
Optimization theory has advanced considerably during the last three decades, as illustrated by a vast number of published books, surveys, and papers concerning this subject. However, for optimization of complex systems that may not be modeled exactly by

Proposal for the Formalization of Dialectical Logic

open access: yesMathematics, 2016
Classical logic is typically concerned with abstract analysis. The problem for a synthetic logic is to transcend and unify available data to reconstruct the object as a totality. Three rules are proposed to pass from classic logic to synthetic logic.

Examination of Multivalent Diagnoses Developed by a Diagnostic Program with an Artificial Neural Network for Devices in the Electric Hybrid Power Supply System “House on Water”

open access: yesEnergies, 2021
This article presents the problem of diagnostic examination by the (DIAG) diagnostic system of devices of the House on Water (HoW) hybrid electric power system in the multi-valued (2, 3, and 4) state assessment.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Modeling rational decisions in ambiguous situations: a multi-valued logic approach

open access: yesBusiness Research, 2019
If a decision context is completely precise, making good decisions is relatively easy. In the presence of ambiguity, rational decision-making is incomparably more challenging.

Controllable potential barrier for multiple negative-differential-transconductance and its application to multi-valued logic computing

open access: yesnpj 2D Materials and Applications, 2021
Various studies on multi-valued-logic (MVL) computing, which utilizes more than two logic states, have recently been resumed owing to the demand for greater power saving in the current logic technologies.

Validation of the Pediatric Arthritis Ultrasound Scoring System for the Elbow, Wrist, and Finger Joints in Children With Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective We aimed to validate the Pediatric Arthritis Ultrasound Scoring System (PAUSS) for upper extremity joints in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Methods Children with JIA were evaluated for elbow, wrist, or finger arthritis by clinical examination (CE) and musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) with images scored according to the ...

Innovating Aircraft Repair Processes: The Role of Digitalization in Sustainability

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This research explores how digitalization—by storing detailed non‐destructive testing data in structured DICONDE databases and creating a standard data model of the component—innovates aviation maintenance and repair processes. Coupled with a developed state‐based simulation model, it enables data‐driven, sustainable repair strategies that reduce waste,

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
