In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

One-Stage Partition-Fusion Multi-view Subspace Clustering Algorithm
Multi-view subspace clustering has attracted increasing attention for revealing the inherent low-dimension structure of the data. Nevertheless, most existing methods directly fuse the multiple noisy affinity matrices from the original data, and commonly ...

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Mechanisms of IgE‐mediated food allergy and the role of allergen‐specific B cells
Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.

DiMViDA: Diffusion-Based Multi-View Data Augmentation
We present DiMViDA, a Diffusion-based Multi-View Data Augmentation method built upon an innovative approach for Novel View Synthesis, which uses an extension of diffusion generative models that accepts any number of input views and that can generate any number of missing output views.

Weighted averaging fusion for multi‐view skeletal data and its application in action recognition
Existing studies in skeleton‐based action recognition mainly utilise skeletal data taken from a single camera. Since the quality of skeletal tracking of a single camera is noisy and unreliable, however, combining data from multiple cameras can improve ...
