Relativistic Effects of Rotation in γ-ray Pulsars—Invited Review
In this paper, we consider the relativistic effects of rotation in the magnetospheres of γ-ray pulsars. The paper reviews the progress achieved in this field during the last three decades.

Modulation-frequency encoded multi-wavelength fluorescence analysis [PDF]
We introduce a principle of parallel optical processing: modulation-frequency-encoded multi-wavelength laser excitation, fluorescence detection with a single detector, and Fourier analysis decoding. As an example, we demonstrate simultaneous detection of

PPG EduKit: An Adjustable Photoplethysmography Evaluation System for Educational Activities
The grown interest in healthcare applications has made biomedical engineering one of the fastest growing disciplines in recent years. Photoplethysmography (PPG) has gained popularity in recent years due to its versatility for noninvasive monitoring of ...

We investigate optical property of polarization-maintaining fiber taper (PMFT) for tunable multi-wavelength laser generation in a fiber ring cavity. A panda-type polarization fiber is fused and tapered into a fiber taper with a diameter of about 2.5 ...

From SN 2010da to NGC 300 ULX-1: Ten Years of Observations of an Unusual High Mass X-Ray Binary in NGC 300 [PDF]
In May 2010, an intermediate luminosity optical transient was discovered in the nearby galaxy NGC 300 by a South African amateur astronomer. In the decade since its discovery, multi-wavelength observations of the misnamed “SN 2010da” have continually ...

Lomonosov GRB Catalogue: The First Experience of Prompt Emission Multi-Wavelength Observations
This paper presents a catalogue of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) that were detected by the instruments onboard the Lomonosov space observatory. The Lomonosov mission gave the first experience of not only multi-wavelength (from optical to gamma) observations of

Multi-Wavelength Spatiotemporal Mode-Locked Fiber Laser at 1.55 μm
We propose and demonstrate an effective and simple multi-wavelength spatiotemporal mode-locked (STML) laser. The laser introduces a multimode interference (MMI) effect using the core diameter mismatch of the fibers, thus enabling simultaneous mode ...

Multi-Wavelength Study of 4C+28.07 [PDF]
Abstract 4C+28.07 is a γ-ray flat-spectrum-radio-quasar-type source. It is often monitored at different frequencies, though long-term multi-wavelength data of this source have not been modeled in detail before. We have analyzed ∼12 yr (2008 August–2020 May) of Fermi-LAT data with a binning of 10 day timescale and observed three ...

Performance Analysis of Three-Wavelength Multi-Channel Photonic Crystal Filters of Different Sizes
Multi-wavelength and multi-channel photonic crystal filters are designed with different sizes considered by using a two-dimensional quadric lattice photonic crystal structure to solve the problems of a multi-channel filter with structure complexity ...

Multi-wavelength Behaviour of III Zw2 [PDF]
AbstractIII Zw2 was observed with XMM-Newton in July 2000. Its X-ray spectrum can be described by a power law of photon index Γ≈1.7 with a Gaussian line at 6.7 KeV. There is no significant evidence of intrinsic absorption within the source or of a soft X-ray excess.
