Replication data for: Bootstrap Confidence Regions for Multidimensional Scaling Solutions

open access: yes
Multidimensional scaling (or MDS) is a methodology for producing geometric models of proximities data. Multidimensional scaling has a long history in political science research. However, most applications of MDS are purely descriptive, with no attempt to

Engineering Oncolytic Virus‐Armed Macrophages for Enhanced Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ZIFOA‐M is engineered by conjugating oncolytic adenovirus‐loaded ZIF‐8 nanoparticles onto macrophage surfaces via bioorthogonal chemistry. Upon tumor infiltration, the platform releases OA to downregulate CD47/CD24 on tumor cells, restoring macrophage phagocytosis.

Sequential Multidimensional Scaling with Kalman Filtering for Location Tracking

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2015
Localization always plays a critical role in wireless sensor networks for a wide range of applications including military, healthcare, and robotics. Although the classical multidimensional scaling (MDS) is a conventionally effective model for positioning,

Combining Spatial Multi‐Omics Data to Decipher Spatial Domains and Elucidate Cell Heterogeneity Based on Self‐Supervised Graph Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A self‐supervised multi‐view graph fusion framework integrates spatial multi‐omics, excelling in domain identification and denoising. It reconstructs spatial pseudo‐expression, jointly analyzes multi‐omics data, infers RNA velocity, predicts spatial omics features from single‐cell multi‐omics, and detects spatially dark genes and transcription factors,
