Ultralow‐Energy Analog Reservoir Computing via Reconfigurable 2‐Transistor Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work presents a reconfigurable reservoir‐computing platform based on an oxide InSnZnO two‐transistor cell in which a hold bias selects volatile relaxation for the reservoir or quasi‐non‐volatile multilevel storage for the readout. Multi‐level hold‐bias kernel tune relaxation currents to generate diverse time constants, enriching reservoir states ...

DUET‐seq: An Open‐Source Droplet Platform for High‐Fidelity Joint Chromatin and Transcriptome Profiling Reveals Temporal Regulatory Decoupling in Single Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
DUET‐seq is an open‐source droplet platform that jointly profiles chromatin accessibility and gene expression from the same nucleus. Dissolvable dual‐linker hydrogel beads and a one‐step intra‐droplet RT‐PCR co‐index both modalities in under 12 h at roughly $0.04 per cell.

Two‐Dimensional Flash Memory: Materials, Interfaces, and Storage–Computing Convergence

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We systematically summarize recent advances in 2D flash memory, highlighting how interface and material engineering can overcome the conventional trade‐offs among speed, power consumption, and reliability in silicon‐based flash, and outlining its potential for high‐performance memory and in‐memory computing applications.

Model selection procedure in multilevel cross-classified latent class models

open access: yes
The availability of proper selection criteria is of fundamental importance in the definition of latent class analysis models. When the data structure is multilevel the selection procedure must be applied to each level of the model.

Highly Stable and Non‐Volatile Optoelectronic Synapses for Sensing, Memory, and Computing Enabled by a Deep‐Potential Floating Gate

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A deep‐potential metal floating gate integrates electrical programming, optical partial erasure, and synaptic weight modulation in a MoS2/h‐BN/Au transistor. The device provides a 97.6 V memory window, retention beyond 3000 s, endurance over 1600 cycles, and reproducible operation after 200 days of ambient storage.

Voltage Monitoring on Capacitor of Modular Multilevel Converter

open access: yes
A modular multilevel converter is an attractive solution for power conversion without transformers. As modular multilevel converter consists of cascade connections and floating dc capacitors, it requires continuous voltage monitoring.
