Multilocus Sequence Typing of Klebsiella pneumoniae Nosocomial Isolates [PDF]
ABSTRACT A multilocus sequence typing (MLST) scheme was developed for Klebsiella pneumoniae . Sequences of seven housekeeping genes were obtained for 67 K. pneumoniae strains, including 19 ceftazidime- and ciprofloxacin-resistant isolates.
