Assessing Emerging Automotive Technologies for the Future [PDF]
A scenario-based multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) methodology has been developed and applied for the selection of automotive technology. The present study discusses, what are the problems for the current automotive technologies are, what ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Priority degrees for hesitant fuzzy sets: Application to multiple attribute decision making
In this paper, some drawbacks to existing ordering relations for hesitant fuzzy sets are examined using examples. To overcome these flaws, a priority degree formula for comparing two hesitant fuzzy sets is presented and the desirable priority degree ...

FUZZY COMPARATIVE CONCORDANCE ANALYSIS. Proposal and evaluation by a case study [PDF]
In this paper it is proposed a fuzzy multiple attribute analysis, that we have called comparative concordance, as a help instrument to the decision-making process in an environment of lack of precise information as it generally is the decision-making in ...

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Modelling and optimizing multiple attribute decisions by using fuzzy sets [PDF]
The purpose of this paper is to present a coherent perspective of modeling and optimizing multiple attribute decisions by using fuzzy sets. In management practice we face most of the time the situation in which a problem have several possible solutions ...

TODIM Method for Picture Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making
Summary: For this article, we shall expand the TODIM model to the MADM with the picture fuzzy numbers (PFNs). Firstly, the concept, comparative method and distance of PFNs are introduced and the traditional TODIM model is presented. Then, the expanded TODIM model is developed to solve MADM problems with PFNs.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.
