Generating multiple images for integrated circuits by Fourier-transform holograms

1967 International Electron Devices Meeting, 1967
A new technique for simultaneously generating multiple images of a single mask is described and application of this technique to photomasking for integrated circuits is discussed. A Fourier-transform hologram of an array of "point sources" is used, in conjunction with two lenses, to project any "input" image into an array of identical "output" images ...

Multiple stochastic integrals and “nonpoissonian” transformations of the gamma measure

Journal of Mathematical Sciences, 2006
We study transformations of the configuration space and the corresponding transformations of the Poisson measure. For a certain class of Poisson measures, we find conditions under which the transformed measure (in general, nonpoissonian) is absolutely continuous with respect to the original Poisson measure and obtain an expression for the corresponding

Transforming DNA integrates at multiple sites in the dimorphic fungal pathogen Blastomyces dermatitidis

Gene, 1997
Blastomyces dermatitidis is a primary fungal pathogen of man and other mammals, but like many other human fungal pathogens, relatively little is known about the factors that account for its virulence and pathogenicity. We developed a transformation system to facilitate molecular genetic studies of putative virulence factors from B.

Integrated Transformers Inference Framework for Multiple Tenants on GPU

2023
In recent years, Transformer models have gained prominence in the deep learning domain, serving as the foundation for a wide array of applications, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV). These models have become essential for numerous inference tasks, but their implementation often faces challenges related to GPU ...

Generating multiple images for integrated circuits by Fourier-transform holograms

Proceedings of the IEEE, 1968
A new technique of generating multiple images for integrated circuits is described in detail. The technique is based on the Fourier-transform property of lenses. A Fourier-transform hologram of an array of point sources forms the basis for generating multiple images and determines the array of images to be formed.
