In this article we study the perturbed fractional Schrodinger equation involving oscillatory terms $$\displaylines{ (-\Delta)^{\alpha} u+u =Q(x)\Big(f(u)+\epsilon g(u)\Big), \quad x\in \mathbb{R}^N\cr u\geq 0, }$$ where $\alpha\in (0, 1)$ and $N>

Multiple Solutions of Singular Perturbation Problems [PDF]
Under certain conditions on $g(x,u)$ we establish the existence and asymptotic behavior for small $\varepsilon > 0$ of multiple asymptotic solutions of the nonlinear boundary value problem \[ \begin{gathered} \varepsilon u'' + u' - g(x,u) = 0,\quad 0 0, \hfill \\ u'(1) + bu(1) = B > 0,\quad b > 0.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Steady-state solutions for Schrodinger equations in photonic lattice
In this article, we study a nonlinear Schrodinger equation arising in optics. Firstly we prove the existence of multiple solutions of this equation. Secondly, we consider a nonlinear Schrodinger system which is intimately related to the Schrodinger ...

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.

An intracellular transporter mitigates the CO2‐induced decline in iron content in Arabidopsis shoots
This study identifies a gene encoding a transmembrane protein, MIC, which contributes to the reduction of shoot Fe content observed in plants under elevated CO2. MIC is a putative Fe transporter localized to the Golgi and endosomal compartments. Its post‐translational regulation in roots may represent a potential target for improving plant nutrition ...

Combined effects of Choquard and singular nonlinearities in fractional Kirchhoff problems
The aim of this paper is to study the existence and multiplicity of solutions for a class of fractional Kirchho problems involving Choquard type nonlinearity and singular nonlinearity.
