Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum for Image Analysis
The Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum (SHWB), a rotation‐ and translation‐invariant descriptor that captures higher‐order (phase) correlations in signals, is introduced. Combining wavelet scattering, bispectral analysis, and group theory, SHWB achieves interpretable, data‐efficient representations and demonstrates competitive performance across texture,

New Constructions of Multiplicative Secret Sharing Schemes [PDF]
This paper investigates the multiplicative properties of linear codes in secret sharing schemes. To address the limitation that certain access structures cannot be realized by ideal linear codes, we introduce the notion of shortest linear codes as an ...

This study combines full‐field tomography with diffraction mapping to quantify radial (ε002$\varepsilon _{002}$) and axial (ε100$\varepsilon _{100}$) lattice strain in wrinkled carbon‐fiber specimens for the first time. Radial microstrain gradients (−14.5 µεMPa$\varepsilon \mathrm{MPa}$−1) are found to signal damage‐prone zones ahead of failure, which ...

Multiplicative decomposition and infilite divisibility of the Mandel distribution
yesBSUInfinite divisibility of the Mandel distribution that arises in quantum optics is proved. On the basis of this fact, the multiplicative decomposition of this distribution into the countable convolution of some Poisson distributions is ...

Corals and Reef‐Dwelling Fish Regulate Carbon Storage and Cycling Processes in Coral Reef Ecosystems
Coral reefs are biodiversity hotspots, yet their role in carbon storage and cycling remains poorly understood. Using field surveys and modeling in the South China Sea, we reveal the overlooked potential of carbon storage in reef ecosystems and how reef fish, corals, and surface sediment jointly shape reef carbon reservoirs.

Sparsity induced convex nonnegative matrix factorization algorithm with manifold regularization
To address problems that the effectiveness of feature learned from real noisy data by classical nonnegative matrix factorization method,a novel sparsity induced manifold regularized convex nonnegative matrix factorization algorithm (SGCNMF) was proposed ...

Multiplicative bases, Gröbner bases, and right Gröbner bases
In this paper, we study conditions on algebras with multiplicative bases so that there is a Gröbner basis theory. We introduce right Gröbner bases for a class of modules.

Enhancing CAR‐T Cell Efficacy in Solid Tumors by Inhibiting CCL5/VEGF‐Mediated Angiogenesis
This study reveals that CAR‐T cells in solid tumors produce CCL5, which paradoxically induces VEGF and angiogenesis to promote tumor growth. Blocking CCL5/VEGF signaling—through gene knockout, or the CCR5 inhibitor maraviroc—significantly enhances the antitumor efficacy of CAR‑T therapy (the diagram was created in Biorender).
