The multiplicative Weyl functional calculus
AbstractThe Weyl calculus discussed in the author's previous papers starts with a fixed set of n noncommuting self-adjoint operators and associates an operator to a real function of n variables. The calculus is not multiplicative with respect to point-wise multiplication of functions.

ABSTRACT Objective In multiple sclerosis, the optimal time for deploying a therapeutic intervention is before the central nervous system is damaged; given the success of trials treating the earliest stage of MS, the radiologically isolated syndrome, developing primary prevention strategies is an important next challenge.

ABSTRACT Objective To (1) validate GAD65‐ELISA detection and quantification for type 1 diabetes mellitus and autoimmune neurological diagnoses, (2) correlate ELISA results (reference range < 5 IU/mL) with established radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIA; ≤ 0.02 nmol/L), and (3) define ELISA clinical utility and pitfalls.

ABSTRACT Background Collaterals are crucial factors that influence the infarct growth rate (IGR). We aimed to determine whether a comprehensive multimodal collateral score (MCS), incorporating collateral assessment at the arterial, tissue, and venous levels, is associated with functional independence and provides incremental prognostic value over ...

The Lambda-calculus with multiplicities
We introduce a refinement of the l-calculus, where the argument of a function is a bag of resources, that is a multiset of terms, whose multiplicities indicate how many copies of them are available. We show that this l-calculus with multiplicities has a natural functionality theory, similar to Coppo and Dezani's intersection type discipline.

Model Checking the Quantitative mu-Calculus on Linear Hybrid Systems
We study the model-checking problem for a quantitative extension of the modal mu-calculus on a class of hybrid systems. Qualitative model checking has been proved decidable and implemented for several classes of systems, but this is not the case for ...

In this paper, we present a novel mathematical framework termed “ϕ-multiplicative calculus”, which serves as a Golden Fibonacci calculus to fundamental concepts in multiplicative calculus. This innovative calculus introduces a parameter ϕ (Golden ratio), offering a nuanced extension of traditional calculus.

Objective Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is a severe extra‐articular manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This study aimed to externally validate a genetic risk score (GRS) and a combined risk score (CRS) for predicting the risk of RA‐associated PF in an independent cohort of patients with early RA.
