RBM10 Deficiency Promotes Anti‐PD‐1 Resistance in LUAD via STING Alternative Splicing‐Driven CCL7 Signaling and Macrophage Polarization

RBM10 deficiency promotes anti‐PD‐1 resistance in lung adenocarcinoma by altering STING alternative splicing, which enhances CCL7 secretion and CCR2‐dependent M2 macrophage polarization. A positive feedback loop via mitochondrial transfer sustains this immunosuppression.

Integrative multi‐omics analysis delineates a mitochondrial–immune axis governing neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Immune‐active tumors exhibit enhanced B‐cell infiltration and favorable sensitivity, whereas metabolically rewired tumors display oxidative phosphorylation dependency and resistance.

Physics‐Constrained Constitutive Learning of Rate‐Limiting Timescales for Efficient Hydrogen‐Based Direct Reduction for Green Steel Making

A conversion‐resolved constitutive framework is developed for the hydrogen‐based direct reduction of iron oxide pellets. Effective reaction and transport timescales are inferred directly from measured trajectories and mapped against operating conditions, pellet architecture, and composition. Artificial Intelligence‐Based Body Composition Analysis Reveals Sex‐Specific Prognostic Markers and Their Clinical Value in Gastric Cancer: A Multicenter Study

This study applied AI to quantify multidimensional body composition from CT images in gastric cancer and healthy controls. Distinct sex‐specific patterns and disease‐related alterations were identified and were associated with survival. Higher muscle and fat measures were linked to improved outcomes.
