Effects of clock deviations on the performance of microgrids based on virtual synchronous generators
An inverter‐based microgrid is a small‐scale power network governed by a distributed control system. In this system, the nodes are the digital controllers of the power inverters, normally located at separate points within the microgrid.

A Simple Method of Arriving at Control Structures for Multivariable Systems
Some properties of Bristol's “relative gain array” are discussed and it is shown that these lead to the selection of simple structures for multivariable control systems.

Comparative Performance Evaluation of an Accuracy-Enhancing Lyapunov Solver
Lyapunov equations are key mathematical objects in systems theory, analysis and design of control systems, and in many applications, including balanced realization algorithms, procedures for reduced order models, Newton methods for algebraic Riccati ...

Multi-Variable Transformer-Based Meta-Learning for Few-Shot Fault Diagnosis of Large-Scale Systems
Fault diagnosis in large-scale systems presents significant challenges due to the complexity and high dimensionality of data, as well as the scarcity of labeled fault data, which are hard to obtain during the practical operation process.

Direct and Indirect Model Reference Adaptive Control for Multivariable Piecewise Affine Systems
This article proposes direct and indirect model reference adaptive control strategies for multivariable piecewise affine systems, which constitute a popular tool to model hybrid systems and approximate nonlinear systems.

This paper is concerned with the identification problem for multivariable equation-error systems whose disturbance is an autoregressive moving average process. By means of the hierarchical identification principle and the iterative search, a hierarchical

Robust Functional Interval Observer for Multivariable Linear Systems
The study of a continuous-time multivariable linear system may not need the knowledge of the entire internal state vector, but only of a linear function of it. In this case, instead of designing a complete observer, only a functional (also called reduced

H ∞ Filtering of Multivariable Systems
An H∞ filter is presented for a class of multivariable systems. The Hm filtering problem is embedded in an L2 estimation problem which is then decoupled by diagonalisation of the polynomial matrix estimation criterion. The filter is obtained in closed form.
