Multivariate and Categorical Analysis of Gaming Statistics
2015 18th International Conference on Network-Based Information Systems, 2015This paper provides exploratory analysis on gaming statistics via various multivariate and categorical data analysis approaches. The clustering results show that the principal components associated with the gaming data are related to player expertise and game camp characteristics.

MULTIVARIATE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS IN FORMATION EVALUATION
Proceedings of SPE California Regional Meeting, 1978Hempkins, W. Brent, Standard Oil Company of California Abstract Multivariate techniques are powerful tools for aid in formation evaluation. Some uses of multiple regression, cluster, discriminant, and principle components analyses are given. Case history examples are presented to show how a particular

Time Series Analysis and Multivariate Statistical Analysis.
1985Abstract : Research was carried out mainly in the areas of time series analysis and multivariate statistical analysis. The most important results in the first area apply to autoregressive and moving average processes. In the second area emphasis was on parameter consistency and elliptically contoured distributions.

Multivariate Statistical Analysis for Data Analysis and Statistical Control
1999There has been an increasing interest in applying multivariate statistics to analysis of historical databases of process operation and designing multivariate statistical control systems. The methods introduced in this chapter include principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares (PLS), and multi-way and nonlinear PCA.
