A unifying class of compound Poisson integer‐valued ARMA and GARCH models
Abstract INAR (integer‐valued autoregressive) and INGARCH (integer‐valued GARCH) models are among the most commonly employed approaches for count time series modeling, but have been studied in largely distinct strands of literature. In this paper, a new class of generalized integer‐valued ARMA (GINARMA) models is introduced which unifies a large number

Adaptive BDDC in Three Dimensions
The adaptive BDDC method is extended to the selection of face constraints in three dimensions. A new implementation of the BDDC method is presented based on a global formulation without an explicit coarse problem, with massive parallelism provided by a ...

We performed a survey on lifestyle habits aimed at reducing the risks associated with immunosuppression in kidney transplant recipients. We found gaps in dental hygiene, sunscreen use, vaccination, and consumption of high‐risk foods. Cultural and economic factors influenced adherence.

This study develops lipid nanoparticle‐encapsulated mRNA‐encoding antibodies (mRNab‐LNPs) targeting CD19, demonstrating robust anti‐CD19 antibody production in vivo. Intramuscular injection of mRNab‐LNPs reduces CD19+ B and plasma cells in lupus and rheumatoid arthritis mice, significantly alleviating histopathological changes and tissue injuries of ...

Parents' champions vs. vested interests: who do parents believe about MMR? A qualitative study. [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Despite the Government acting quickly to reassure parents about MMR safety following the publication of the 1998 paper by Wakefield and colleagues, MMR uptake declined.

Sufficient reproduction numbers to prevent recurrent epidemics
Abstract Current practice in the design and evaluation of control measures in disease ecology and epidemiology, including vaccination, is largely based on reproduction numbers (RNs), which represent prognostic indices of long‐term disease transmission, both in naïve populations (basic RN) and in the presence of prior exposure or infection containment ...

Bridging Overlapping 2D Coarse and Fine Meshes Within the Phase Field Fracture Method
ABSTRACT A framework is proposed to bridge coarse and fine meshes in a single simulation within the phase field method for fracture. Fine meshes are used in the vicinity of localized defects to accurately capture crack initiation, while coarse meshes are used away from initial defects and include only crack propagation paths.
