On the analyzing of bifurcation properties of the one‐dimensional Mackey–Glass model by using a generalized approach

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, EarlyView.
The goal of this work is to look at how a nonlinear model describes hematopoiesis and its complexities utilizing commonly used techniques with historical and material links. Based on time delay, the Mackey–Glass model is explored in two instances. To offer a range, the relevance of the parameter impacting stability (bifurcation) is recorded.

Characterization of a Mumps Virus Nucleocapsidlike Particle [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Virology, 2009
ABSTRACT The nucleocapsid protein (NP) of mumps virus (MuV), a paramyxovirus, was coexpressed with the phosphoprotein (P) in Escherichia coli . The NP and P proteins form a soluble complex containing RNA. Under a transmission electron microscope, the NP-RNA complex appears as a nucleocapsidlike ring that ...

Development and Use of an Endpoint Titration Assay To Characterize Mumps IgG Avidity following Measles, Mumps, and Rubella Vaccination and Wild-Type Mumps Infection

open access: yesmSphere, 2018
Waning mumps IgG antibody and incomplete IgG avidity maturation may increase susceptibility to mumps virus infection in some vaccinees. To measure mumps IgG avidity, serum specimens serially diluted to the endpoint were incubated on a commercial mumps ...
