Simultaneous Multi‐Layer Stacking for Longer‐Wavelength Broadband Computed Tomography with a Carbon Nanotube Film Photo‐Thermoelectric Camera Sheet

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, Volume 5, Issue 2, February 2026.
This work demonstrates broadband longer‐wavelength computed tomography reconstruction monitoring for multi‐layered composite 3D objects by developing a freely attachable large‐area‐view pixel‐integrated 2D camera sheet and multi‐wavelength photo‐sources.

A combination of amino acids and caffeine enhances sprint running capacity in a hot, hypoxic environment [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Heat and hypoxia exacerbate central nervous system (CNS) fatigue. We therefore investigated whether essential amino acid (EAA) and caffeine ingestion attenuates CNS fatigue in a simulated team sport–specific running protocol in a hot, hypoxic environment.

Structural Stability‐Driven Dynamic Range Analysis of Carbon Nanotube Photo‐Thermoelectric Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, Volume 5, Issue 2, February 2026.
This work clarifies that surface adhesiveness of supporting substrates dominantly governs response signal dynamic ranges for pn‐junction type carbon nanotube (CNT) film photo‐thermoelectric sensors. Chemical agents constituting substrate adhesion degrade the pn‐junction of the device, which inherently serves as the most sensitive photo‐detection ...

A Transcriptome for the Study of Early Processes of Retinal Regeneration in the Adult Newt, Cynops pyrrhogaster [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Retinal regeneration in the adult newt is a useful system to uncover essential mechanisms underlying the regeneration of body parts of this animal as well as to find clues to treat retinal disorders such as proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

Enhanced Responsivity, Accuracy, and Stability of Aerosol Jet Printing via Mechanical Switching Valve Assisted Internal Shuttering

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 9, 13 February 2026.
This work demonstrates ultra‐high ON‐OFF responsivity of AJP by mechanical switching valve assisted shuttering. The jet relaxation and ON‐OFF delay are substantially eliminated from greater than 35 s, maintaining patterning quality independent of the variations of printing parameters, permitting excellent process stability and universality.
