Myogenic Regulation of Mammalian Skeletal Muscle Fibres
Motor nerves can only modify the phenotype of muscle fibres within a myogenically determined range. The particular range of a given fibre is an intrinsic property of that fibre, depending on the type of muscle (limb or jaw) and the specific tag ...

A Noninvasive Approach to Study Localized Forces in 3D Epithelia
Epithelial morphogenesis depends on dynamic mechanical coupling between adhesion complexes and the cytoskeleton, yet its regulation in polarized 3D tissues remains elusive. We developed a noninvasive strategy using cell‐like elastic microbeads to quantify local forces in intact epithelia.

A Critical Review on the Evolution of Chitosan‐Based Injectable Hydrogels in Bone Regeneration
The graphical illustration depicts hydrogel formulation using chitosan and biocompatible cross‐linkers, major advantages, and incorporation of cells, osteoinductive factors, and therapeutic drugs. Following injection, pH‐responsive gelation enables controlled drug release, promotes cell recruitment and osteogenic differentiation, enhances extracellular

A multi‐point oxygen‐sensing ultra‐fine needle (MO‐UFN) is developed by conformally integrating a lithographically patterned flexible electrochemical sensor array onto a clinical acupuncture needle. The platform preserves an approximately 0.3 mm diameter while enabling spatially resolved oxygen profiling along the insertion pathway.
