A Computational Workflow for Cell Line Profiling by Imaging Mass Cytometry
ABSTRACT In single‐cell spatial phenotyping biology, imaging mass cytometry (IMC) stands out as a cutting‐edge, highly multiplexed technology driving discoveries across various disease areas. In vitro profiling relies on tumor‐derived cancer cell lines, known for their diverse morphologies and phenotypes.

Abstract Background Mutations in cohesins cause cohesinopathies such as Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) and Roberts Syndrome (RBS). Prior findings demonstrate that Esco2 (a cohesin activator) and Smc3 (a core cohesin subunit) regulate the CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase. SMC3 mutations, however, account for a small percentage of CdLS.

Abstract Background Schwann cells provide peripheral nerve trophic support, myelinate axons, and assist in repair. However, Schwann cell repair capacity is limited by chronic injury, disease, and aging. Schwann cell reprogramming is a cellular conversion strategy that could provide a renewable cell supply to repair injured nerves.

Systemic aging fuels heart failure: Molecular mechanisms and therapeutic avenues
Abstract Systemic aging influences various physiological processes and contributes to structural and functional decline in cardiac tissue. These alterations include an increased incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy, a decline in left ventricular diastolic function, left atrial dilation, atrial fibrillation, myocardial fibrosis and cardiac ...

ABSTRACT Gene mutations can be detected in mammalian cells in vitro using indicator genes such as the hypoxanthine‐guanine‐phosphoribosyltransferase (HPRT) gene. These assays have been adopted as OECD test guidelines (TG, e.g., OECD TG no. 476) and are used for regulatory purposes.
