Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.

Fast Signal Recovery in the Presence of Mutual Coupling Based on New 2-D Direct Data Domain Approach
The performance of adaptive algorithms, including direct data domain least square, can be significantly degraded in the presence of mutual coupling among array elements.

Coupling of Josephson current qubits using a connecting loop
We propose a coupling scheme for the three-Josephson junction qubits which uses a connecting loop, but not mutual inductance. Present scheme offers the advantages of a large and tunable level splitting in implementing the controlled-NOT (CNOT) operation.

A New Definition of Mutual Impedance for Application in Dipole Receiving Antenna Arrays [PDF]
A new definition of mutual impedance for two dipole antennas is introduced to characterize the mutual coupling effect between two dipole antennas in a more accurate manner. The calculation method and the measurement procedure for the new mutual impedance

Mutual coupling between microstrip antennas
A theoretical study of mutual coupling between microstrip antennas is presented. The cavity method is used, and from the equivalence theorem application the problem is reduced to interaction of two magnetic loops. The mutual impedance is then calculated from the reaction theorem. Theoretical results and measurements are in good agreement.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Fast Antenna Array Calibration Using One External Receiver
In multiple array communication or radar systems, waveform diversity can be utilized for beampattern design. However, one of the critical issues for such systems is the presence of mutual coupling, which degrades the beampattern design’s quality.

Lessons Learned From a Delayed‐Start Trial of Modafinil for Freezing of Gait in Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Freezing of gait (FOG) in people with Parkinson's disease (PwPD) is debilitating and has limited treatments. Modafinil modulates beta/gamma band activity in the pedunculopontine nucleus (PPN), like PPN deep brain stimulation. We therefore tested the hypothesis that Modafinil would improve FOG in PwPD.

DOA Estimation Using Fourth-Order Cumulants in Nested Arrays with Structured Imperfections
Recently developed super nested array families have drawn much attention owing to their merits on keeping the benefits of the standard nested arrays while further mitigating coupling in dense subarray portions.
