CEACAM1 participation in breast cancer progression
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.In invasive breast cancer (BC), CEACAM1 shifts from an apical to a uniform membranous/cytoplasmic pattern, or is lost, as tumors dedifferentiate, inversely tracking the Ki‐67 proliferative index. In MCF‐7 cells, only CEACAM1‐4L suppresses proliferation, repressing cell cycle and growth factor genes.

International Journal of Approximate Reasoning, 2011 We present a complete characterization of subdirectly irreducible MV-algebras with internal states (SMV-algebras). This allows us to classify subdirectly irreducible state morphism MV-algebras (SMMV-algebras) and describe single generators of the variety of SMMV-algebras, and show that we have a continuum of varieties of SMMV-algebras.

On The Spectrum of Countable MV-algebras.
TFSS, 2023 In this paper we consider MV-algebras and their prime spectrum. We show that there is an uncountable MV-algebra that has the same spectrum as the free MV-algebra over one element, that is, the MV-algebra $Free_1$ of McNaughton functions from $[0,1]$ to $[0,1]$, the continuous, piecewise linear functions with integer coefficients.

Pharmacological chromatin remodeling enhances response to estrogen therapy in ER+ breast cancer
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Estrogen therapy elicits clinical benefit in ~ 30% of patients with endocrine‐resistant estrogen receptor (ER)‐positive breast cancer. Based on findings that ER transcriptional activation underlies response to estrogen therapy, we tested the effects of epigenetic dysregulation via pharmacological inhibition of histone deacetylases (HDACi).
