Abstract Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the commonest subtype of cutaneous lymphoma, characterized by the infiltration of malignant T-cell clones into the skin. It accounts for approximately 60% of all cutaneous T-cell lymphoma diagnoses.

Subcutaneous panniculitis‐like T‐cell lymphoma. Survival outcomes according to the presence of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and T category. Relapse‐free survival was inferior in patients presenting with generalized (T3) skin lesions. Overall survival was poor in patients with HLH. Relapse‐free survival was also reduced in patients with HLH.

Systematic review (51 studies; 547 patients) indicates dupilumab may unmask/worsen CTCL (mainly MF/SS). A French Delphi consensus recommends rigorous diagnostic workup, avoiding dupilumab in confirmed CTCL, discontinuing upon diagnosis, and favouring methotrexate or phototherapy.
