Mycosphaerlella graminicola u istočnoj Hrvatskoj

open access: yesPoljoprivreda, 2013

The Zymoseptoria tritici ORFeome: A Functional Genomics Community Resource

open access: yesMolecular Plant-Microbe Interactions, 2019
Libraries of protein-encoding sequences can be generated by identification of open reading frames (ORFs) from a genome of choice that are then assembled into collections of plasmids termed ORFeome libraries.

Evolution of Mycosphaerella graminicola at the wheat leaf and field levels

open access: yesPhytopathologia Mediterranea, 2012
The aim of this study was to compare Mycosphaerella graminicola populations at the field and lesion levels. The evolution of M. graminicola populations from a single field in the “Morbihan” county (France), between 2005 and 2006, was first investigated ...

Transcriptome sequencing of Mycosphaerella fijiensis during association with Musa acuminata reveals candidate pathogenicity genes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Figure S4. Phylogenetic tree of fusicoccadiene synthase protein sequences. A maximum likelihood tree was created of the M. fijiensis fusicoccadiene synthase sequence and its top 50 hits using blastp with the non-redundant protein sequence database on ...

Frequency of mutations associated with fungicide resistance and population structure of Mycosphaerella graminicola in Tunisia [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
The occurrence of fungicide resistance in Mycosphaerella graminicola populations from Tunisia was investigated by examining mutations known to be associated with strobilurin and azole resistance.

APPROXIMATION TO THE ORIGIN OF FALSE MILDEW IN SAFFLOWER

open access: yesTropical and Subtropical Agroecosystems, 2019
An approximation of the origin of the “false mildew” in safflower was proposed from a phylogenetic tree obtained by the Maximum Likelihood method with the genomic alignment of a nucleotide sequence of Ramularia cercosporelloides isolated from safflower ...

Revisión de las características de los transportadores ABC involucrados en patogénesis fúngica

open access: yesTecnociencia Chihuahua, 2020
Los transportadores ABC son proteínas con una amplia distribución entre los organismos procariontes y eucariontes; exhiben un mecanismo de transporte dependiente de energía, ya que necesitan de la unión e hidrólisis del ATP para realizar su

The wheat pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici senses and responds to different wavelengths of light

open access: yesBMC Genomics, 2020
Background The ascomycete fungus Zymoseptoria tritici (synonyms: Mycosphaerella graminicola, Septoria tritici) is a major pathogen of wheat that causes the economically important foliar disease Septoria tritici blotch.
