Myocarditis and Myasthenia Gravis Induced by Camrelizumab in a Patient With Metastatic B2 Thymoma: A Case Report. [PDF]
Camrelizumab achieved a partial response in platinum‐refractory B2 thymoma, but triggered severe dual irAEs: myocarditis and myasthenia gravis. This case highlights the unique and serious autoimmune risks of ICIs in thymoma, mandating extreme caution in treatment decisions and patient monitoring.
