Femtosecond Laser Flap-in-Flap Technique for Correction of Post-LASIK Myopic Regression
Journal of Refractive SurgeryPurpose To discuss the technique and outcome of what the authors called the “flap-in-flap” technique and report its safety as a procedure for correction of post-laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) myopic regression. Methods Seven eyes of 4 patients were included in this study.

[Multiple factors analysis of myopic regression after photorefractive keratectomy].
Yan ke xue bao = Eye science, 2004To investigate myopic regression after excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy(PRK) in patients with myopia.PRK was performed to correct myopia errors from 1.00 D to 16.00 D diopters on 214 myopia eyes(121 patients). All eyes were divided into two groups: group I--1.00 D(-)-6.00 D (124 eyes), group II--6.25 D(-)-16.00 D(90 eyes).

To evaluate the results of photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) enhancements in eyes previously treated by myopic laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) showing an undercorrection due to either a refractive regression or a primary undercorrection, when an in-the-bed enhancement was not advisable because of residual stromal thickness limitations ...
