First molecular identification of Spirometra mansoni in the golden jackal (Canis aureus) in Croatia

This study presents the first molecularly confirmed identification of the cestode Spirometra mansoni in the golden jackals (Canis aureus) in Croatia, and possibly the first such report in Europe.
