TGF‐β Inhibitor Potentiates Osimertinib‐Induced Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Egfr‐Mutant Lung Cancer
Osimertinib enhances CD8+ T cell activity but also upregulates immunosuppressive TGF‐β in Egfr‐mutant lung tumors. This study demonstrates that TGF‐β inhibition with nintedanib or vactosertib potentiates osimertinib‐induced CD8+ T cell–mediated immunity and reduce CD206+ macrophages. These findings provide a strong rationale for novel immunotherapeutic

FPR2 activation mediates NOX‐dependent LAT1 expression and, in turn, promotes mTORC1 signaling. Upon stimulation with WKYMVm, the FPR2‐NOX2‐ROS axis upregulates LAT1 via increased c‐Myc phosphorylation and decreased miR‐126. Additionally, it promotes CD98 translocation to the plasma membrane.
